When it comes to shipping within the European Union (EU), we've made it simple. For orders totaling 59,99 € or more, shipping is FREE. For orders under this amount, there's a modest FLAT-RATE shipping fee of 5,99 €.

Rest assured, all our goods are stored in our European warehouse, and our prices already include VAT.


For all EU orders, you can expect your package to be delivered right to your doorstep in just 2 to 7 working days.

Our dedicated couriers strive to swiftly deliver your package to your doorstep. Despite their best efforts, occasional delays may occur. Please understand that shipping times are approximations and, regrettably, we cannot offer a 100% guarantee.

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your shipment is dispatched, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

We are committed to delivering the product in perfect condition at the address you've specified during checkout. If you won’t be home at the time of delivery, or won’t be able to pick up the package at the time of delivery, we provide the option for post office collection.

Our goal is to ensure your package reaches you within 2-7 business days. If, by any slim chance, there's a delay beyond this timeframe, we generally get in touch to keep you updated. If your order still hasn't arrived or you haven't received any communication from us within 14 days, please don't hesitate to send an email to, and don't forget to include your order reference number. In such cases, you have the option to cancel your order at any time, and we will, of course, notify you about this possibility.

We do not dispatch orders to post office boxes, and we are unable to process any orders when the recipient's identity and address cannot be clearly identified.

We do not offer returns for packages that are lost or undelivered due to shipping addresses being incorrect. Therefore, please ensure that you provide accurate and precise shipping details when making your purchase.


As per our default shipping policy, we presently only ship to within the European Union.

For our customers located outside the EU, please reach out to us, and we'll make every effort to offer you a personalized international shipping quotation tailored to your location.

Please bear in mind that we may not always be able to accommodate your request. Additionally, note that our Free Shipping and Flat-Rate Shipping policies do not extend to international destinations beyond the EU.

We strive to ship out all orders within 24 hours of your purchase. But please note that that both our team's, and our courier's, working days are from Monday to Friday. When Monday arrives, our dedicated team will spring into action, ensuring your order is swiftly prepared and sent on its way.

Our handling of shipping packaging is centered on balance. We use an appropriate amount of packing materials to ensure the secure delivery of your items, all while making conscientious efforts to minimize waste. When feasible, we bundle all your ordered products into a single package for enhanced efficiency.

In our efforts to minimize packaging waste, we often ship our items in their original manufacturing boxes.


To guarantee the smooth arrival of your order, we recommend double-checking the precision of your delivery address and postal code when entering your shipping information.

In the event that you wish to make changes to your delivery address after your order has been placed, we urge you to contact us at as soon as possible, and be sure to do so before you receive a dispatch notification.

If your order has already been shipped, it is likely we will not be able to amend or re-route the parcel to a new address while in transit. In most cases, it will need to be returned to us before we can arrange for a reshipment.


When you place a pre-order, you make an upfront payment to secure the item, ensuring it's reserved for your order as soon as it becomes available in our stock. We reserve the right to cancel pre-orders, should there be any changes in due date or availability by the manufacturer.

If your order comprises both in-stock items and pre-order items, please be aware that the entire order will be placed on hold until all pre-order items become available. If you require the in-stock items sooner, we highly recommend placing separate orders. If you need to amend anything or split such an order please contact us on (please keep in mind that splitting orders will require additional postage fees).
