For orders under this amount, there's a modest FLAT-RATE shipping fee of 5,99 €.

RETURNS

We offer a 21-day money-back guarantee, so you’ll have 21 days from the delivery date to return the item. To facilitate a smooth & successful return, please ensure that the products remain in their original, unused condition, as well as in their original packaging, making them suitable for resale. We have a 21-day "No-Joke" returns policy, which means you have 21 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.

We're pleased to inform you that we fully cover the expenses related to your purchase, and this includes covering our shipping fees. However, please be aware that we are unable to refund any shipping costs associated with the return of products.

We sincerely regret that your item arrived in a damaged condition. Our packaging procedures are designed to minimize the risk of damage during transit, but, regrettably, accidents can occur. If you've received a damaged item, please photograph the damage and send it to us at hello@bizarrebazaar.eu. We will be more than willing to assist you in resolving the matter.

Depending on the extent of damage or the nature of the product, we may request you to return the item. In such cases, we will refund the extra postage costs on your part.

You can expect the refund to be processed within 21 days after we receive the returned product.

This refund will be processed through a bank transfer to your designated bank account. If you used PayPal or any other payment method for your purchase, the refunded amount will be credited using that same payment method.

DISCOUNT CODES

When you're prepared to complete your order, simply enter your coupon code on the basket page during the checkout process. As soon as you've done this, you'll see the discount applied, and your Grand Total will be modified accordingly.

If you're shopping on a mobile device, you'll enter the discount code on the same screen / step where you input your payment method.
