If you, or the recipient, aren't pleased with the product, that's perfectly fine! You can return any product purchased on our website within 21 days from the date of delivery. 

Our 21-day “No Joke” return policy means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return if you decide you no longer want the product. You may request a return for any reason and without the necessity of providing a justification or any specific reason.

After 21 days from the delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.


If you intend to return your products, firstly please contact us at hello@bizarrebazaar.eu.

You will need your order number and the email address associated with your order. The order number is available in the order confirmation email.

For a return to be accepted, the returned items must be unused, unworn in their original, unopened packaging, and be in resalable condition. Additionally, all original contents, including instruction manuals, manufacturer's packaging, accessories, etc. must be included. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

All returned products will be checked. In case your items show signs of use, any damage to the goods, missing equipment, or missing manuals, please be aware that we retain the right to decline a refund, either in part or in full.

For the safe return of your items, we recommend securely packaging them in a shipping box to prevent any damage during the return shipment.

We highly recommend using a reputable carrier for your return, one that offers insurance and provides a tracking number. Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for items lost or damaged during the return shipment, and we cannot process refunds for products that are returned in damaged or opened condition.

Please note that we do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. The customer is responsible for the payment of return shipping costs at their expense.

If we do not receive the returned goods within 14 days from the date of your email, we will assume you are happy with your products and close your return application.

Please do not ask for a return outside of our returns policy. Your request will be politely declined.


Once we will receive and inspect your return package we will notify you, and inform you if the refund was approved or not.

If your return is approved, you can expect an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card provider may have their own processing timeline for the refund to reflect in your account.

Should your refund request be declined due to signs of product use but you still wish to have your items returned to you, we will apply a handling fee of €9.99 along with the cost of new postage for resending the products.

Return postage expenses are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded unless the item was deemed to be faulty or damaged upon initial receipt.

If it has been over 15 business days since we approved your return and you have not yet received your refund, we recommend reaching out to your bank or credit card company. Refunds may take some time to officially appear on your billing statement. If you've completed these steps and your refund is still pending, please don't hesitate to contact us at hello@bizarrebazaar.eu.


We always do our best to ensure products are well packaged and reach you in flawless condition. It absolutely pains us to consider the possibility that any of our products could arrive damaged or faulty. Nevertheless, despite our efforts, there may be rare occurrences when this unfortunate scenario may still occur.

Please inspect your goods for damage or defects immediately upon delivery. Should you encounter any issues with the product, please notify us promptly at hello@bizarrebazaar.eu within 7 days from the date of receipt. If you fail to do this you shall be deemed to have accepted the products in good conditions.

In your email, please include a brief explanation along with your name, address, purchase date, order number, a photo of your receipt, and images displaying the damaged or defective item.

All damaged / defective items will be thoroughly inspected by our company. The refunds will be subject to reasonable expectation of performance and fair use in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. If our assessment determines that the product is functioning correctly or that the damage is a consequence of misuse, we won't be able to accommodate a refund.

In the unfortunate event that your items arrive damaged or defective, rest assured that we will bear the expense of the return shipping, and you'll be eligible for either a replacement or a full refund (including return shipping costs).


If you are an international customer, please choose your product carefully as we are unable to provide refunds for the original or return shipping expenses. All postage costs for international orders (outside of the European Union) will be the responsibility of the customer.

For international orders (outside of the EU), please be aware that you will also be accountable for any additional expenses, such as VAT and import duties.


The rejection of a package does not constitute as a formal withdrawal from the sales contract, as it does not constitute an unambiguous statement of withdrawal. It remains the customer's responsibility to accept the package and fulfill the payment for the purchase. Should the customer neglect to accept or retrieve a package within 15 days, it will be considered a unilateral and unannounced withdrawal that does not cancel the contract.

If an order is refused, unclaimed, or not deliverable by the shipping carrier, resulting in its return to us as unclaimed / refused / non-deliverable, and without an official return initiated by the customer, the entire order amount will be charged, and refunds will not be applicable. If you wish to have your order delivered to a new address, you will need to place a completely new order to receive your product. In instances of fraudulent orders, the associated IP address will be reported for further investigation and processing as potential abuse.


At times, there may be a delay in our system updating, resulting in a situation where a purchased item is no longer in stock. In such cases, we will gladly provide a full refund for that specific item. Please keep in mind that this refund applies solely to the individual item and does not extend to any other items included in the total order. Any other unwanted goods must follow the same returns policy as above.
